CoWork Oberlin

Oberlin Business Partnership is excited to announce the development of CoWork Oberlin, an inclusive, professional, enriching coworking community that contributes to a thriving economy in Oberlin by providing affordable office space and a vibrant, supportive community for remote workers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses in which to learn and grow.

 

Information and Usage Fees

Community Membership - $10 a month Includes one day pass per month, discounted meeting space and invitations to member-only events. Additional days can be purchased for $20 a day.  OBP members receive a 10% discount.

Unlimited Days Per Month - $145 a month Includes unlimited use of space per month, discounted meeting space, invitations to member-only events. OBP members receive a 10% discount.

Furnished Office Space - $400/600 per monthIncludes private office with 24/7 accessibility, discounted meeting space and invitations to member-only events.  Private offices include FREE WIFI; VOIP telephones with private number and conferencing; all utilities; access to printing/copying (a certain number per month free and discounted price on extras); personal mail box. OBP members receive a 10% discount.


CoWork Oberlin also has space for rent, including: (All spaces include FREE WIFI.)

Large Conference Room - $20 per hourIncludes use of the conference room and all state-of-the-art technology.  Seating for 12-14 people.

Small Conference Room - $10 Includes use of the conference room with seating for six people.

Event/Training Room - $30 per hour for 1-3 hours; $100 for half-day (4-5 hours); $180 for all day (over 5 hours)User is responsible for room set-up and tear-down. Rental includes furniture, projector, screen, white boards, Wifi.
